2009 Assessments and Fees
Annual: $775 per year
Boatslip: $275 per year, pro rated at closing during first year of ownership
Boat Storage: $125 per year, billed on closed spaces only
Septic: $55 per year, billed annually for lots with completed homes
Mowing: $80 per year, billed annually for lots without completed homes
Developer pays one-third rate for unsold property.
The septic assessment is due on a completed home. The Architectural Control Committee pays the first year septic assessment. The septic assessment will be collected every year thereafter in January.

Collection Policy
Assessments are due on December 31 or as detailed on the assessment statement. The assessment constitutes a charge and continuing lien against the property. The association will pursue collection of overdue assessment amounts by action at law or through foreclosure of the lien. The association may charge interest at 18% per annum, late fees, cost, and reasonable attorney's fees. Our covenants state that owners are obligated to pay, regardless of whether or not an assessment is received. Be sure to keep your contact information up-to-date! See the Contact Information section.
Special individual assessments charged as penalities for violations of the restrictive convenants are subject to the same collection policy. Owners with special individual assessments will be notified on a quarterly basis of account and lien status.
