Collection Policy Assessments are due on December 31 or as detailed on the assessment statement. The assessment constitutes a charge and continuing lien against the property. The association will pursue collection of overdue assessment amounts by action at law or through foreclosure of the lien. The association may charge interest at 18% per annum, late fees, cost, and reasonable attorney's fees.
