Nestled on 475 acres of picturesque lakefront woodlands, Waterside Crossing is a prestigious residential community offering stunning views along 4 miles of Lake Keowee’s shores. The community comprises five sections with a total of 254 properties. There are both lakefront properties with private docks and interior properties with boat slips, ensuring convenient access to Lake Keowee. Homes range in size from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet.

Situated in Oconee County, Waterside Crossing is conveniently located near the towns of Seneca, Walhalla, and Clemson and midway between Atlanta and Charlotte. And is approximately an hour’s drive from Greenville. Residents enjoy the temperate climate in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, surrounded by numerous state and county parks, hiking trails, and over 200 waterfalls within a short drive.

Lake Keowee, is a magnificent blue-water lake spanning over 23 miles and boasting 300 miles of shoreline. Duke Energy constructed the lake at the convergence of numerous mountain streams, and is one of three bodies of water that form a unique nuclear and hydroelectric energy system.
