ACC Information
The Architectural Control Committee is a group of volunteer property owners and paid professionals appointed by the Board of Directors to oversee compliance of the Architectural, Landscape and Lake Buffer Guidelines.
Effective April 1, 2026, new applications will be reviewed under Revision 8 (WSC-AD-02-08)
Approval is required for the following property improvement activities:
- Lot clearing, tree removal, and any work in the lake buffer zone
- Installing a driveway (temporary or permanent)
- Shoreline stabilization (e.g. rip-rap)
- Dock Installation
- Public marina boat lift
- New home construction
- Existing home renovations
- Landscape installation and renovations exceeding 25% of the lot area.
For timely handling, your requests for approval must include the appropriate "Form" and all items listed on the form's checklist applicable to your project. Questions and submittals should be sent to: contactacc@watersidecrossing.com
- Fees required for review of new construction are:
$3,000 Application and Review Fee.
$7,500 Construction Escrow Deposit.
- For a full list of fees refer to the Fee Exhibit in the Guidelines. Fees must be paid Property Owner and made payable to Waterside Crossing Owners Association, Inc.
Owners are encouraged to assign responsibility for construction related fines to their Builder.
