ACC Information

The Architectural Control Committee is a group of volunteer property owners and paid professionals appointed by the Board of Directors to oversee compliance of the Waterside Architectural, Landscape and Lake Buffer Guidelines.  For document details and forms see the Community R&Rs under HOA drop down.
 
Plan submission information:
As a reminder, approval is required for the following property improvement activities:
  • Lot clearing, tree removal, any work in buffer zone
  • Putting in a driveway (temporary or permanent
  • Shoreline stabilization (installing rip-rap, etc.)
  • Dock Installation
  • Public Marina Boat Lift
  • New home construction
  • Landscape installation
  • Changes after original construction to a home’s exterior or landscape (Contact an ACC member to determine if the planned change requires approval.)
For timely handling, your requests for approval must include the appropriate “Schedule” as listed in the Community Rules & Regs document.  The completed schedules along with the appropriate fees, listed below, are to be sent to the address listed below.

Fees due at New Build plan submission:
$1,500 Application Review Fee.
$5,000 Construction Escrow Deposit.
All checks must come from the Property Owner and made payable to Waterside Crossing Owners Association, Inc.
